Jurisprudence of the Crime of Endangering National Security in China
簡介 Abstract:
以現行中國刑法中的相關規定為基礎,介紹中國刑法中危害國家安全罪的歷史變遷、存在價值、主要內容,並結合煽動顛覆國家政權罪的相關案例,探討危害國家安全罪的具體認定。
Drawing from the pertinent provisions in the current Chinese Criminal Law, this lecture will explore the historical evolution, value of existence, and main content of the crime of endangering national security. Additionally, it will address the determination of this crime by analyzing relevant cases associated with the offense of inciting subversion of state power.

黎宏,武漢大學法學博士、日本同志社大學法學博士,現為清華大學法學院教授,《清華法學》主編,兼任中國刑法學研究會副會長。
Hong LI is a Professor of Law at Tsinghua University. Serving as the Editor-in-chief of the “Tsinghua University Law Journal,” he also holds the position of Vice President at the Chinese Criminal Law Research Association. He earned his PhD in Law from Wuhan University and Doshisha University in Japan.
