1992年4月通過的《中華人民共和國婦女權益保障法》將於今年修訂。本講座將勾畫婦女權益保障法的「前世今身」，並結合當下熱點話題細讀該法通過三十年以來的歷次修訂文本，以期從歷史和國際的雙重視角理解這部法律的誕生和演進。
