On the 3rd of July 2015, CCPL HKU held a forum for leading academics to speak on how courts around the world have reviewed the electoral process in each of their respective jurisdictions. Moderated by Professor Simon Young and Dr. Po Jen Yap, speakers from universities in both Asia and further afield considered the role of the judiciary in challenges to the legality of elections and the electoral processes as they relate to the varied jurisdictions.
