SYNOPSIS:
In the period 2012 – 2013 Russia adopted important amendments to its anti-corruption laws. In this presentation, the speaker will give a general overview of criminal and administrative liability for the crime of corruption under Russian law, and analyse preventive measures and anti-corruption compliance standards in Russian companies. Several investigations of the crime of corruption will be also presented.
